On every picture I take there is a horizontal black bar running on the bottom of the picture. Is this an issue with the film or with the camera, I have tried it with multiple film packs and all the time it's there.
Depending of when the black bar on the picture looks like. The two most common issues are the following.
The black bar runs al the way from left to right.
In this case the picture gets ejected half a centimetre or so before the exposure is made and the timing on the camera needs to be adjusted.
The black bar doesn't run al the way from left to right, but comes down at an angle on both sides.
This is caused by the mirror light seal not popping up. Could be that there is some corrosion or the spring of the light seal isn't working properly.

White line on the top part of picture
I sometimes get this white line on the top of my picture, is this an issue with my rollers?

Looking at the location of the white line and since it's not repeating all over the picture I'm pretty sure that the flap in the film door where the picture exist is to tight. This will squeeze the developing paste away on that line causing that part not to develop.
You can try to gently bend that flap back a bit so that the picture is still held in place when exiting and see if this resolves the issue.
