Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs to your location can be calculated from your shopping cart before checking out. All our orders are shipped by Australia Post and we only charge the actual shipping costs.
Every shipment is provided with a Track Number number and must be signed for upon delivery. International orders are deliveries by your local postal system. There can be a delay in the on line status of your order because of this.
Processing time is indicated in your shopping cart. As we like to make sure every order it processed with greatest care we cannot speed up this process.
All recipients outside of the EU, including residents of the Canary, Balearic and Channel islands, US or Japan and the other countries mentioned above are responsible for any local import duties, customs and brokerage fees, or taxes that may be charged. Usually these charges are paid for by the carrier on import of the shipment and then are invoiced to the recipient on or after delivery of the shipment. Vintage Instant will not be able to offer compensation or refunds for orders that are not deliverable because customs fees are not being paid for by the recipient.
We only except returns is prior to returning your order we have given improvement for this. If your order has to be returned, please follow the instructs on how to return it.
If your shipment arrives at your delivery address damaged, please do not accept the shipment, or have the courier confirm the damage. Since courier services will not accept damage complaints that are filed at a later date, we will not be able to offer compensation or exchange in such cases.
In case of lost items it can take up to 3 months before courier services can confirm the shipment is lost and will make a refund. As we rely on their terms and conditions we can only make a refund after this has been approved by the courier services.
